For the 4th of July Morry wanted to stoke up the SMOKER…and smoke ribs for 5 hours and test the rubs we will be selling to rate what we liked. Verdict: We liked them all. Different flavors for different tastes.

So what was the big trend at the Fancy Food Show…to me it was beverage. Lots of infused liquids with herbs and fruits and what you could do for creative recipes for cocktails and mocktails which is a big trend too…no alcohol!

I did love CONAN THE BARBARIAN…1982 with Arnold, James Earl Jones, etc. Arnold as a current Terminator might be just the thing, even thought the reviews are only 2 stars. (Conan was zero stars)
