The Vermont Cheese Festival is a highlight of our year at Shelburne Farms, near Burlington, Vermont on the shores of Lake Champlain. Shelburne Farms produces the most magnificent cheddar cheeses. Their 2 year Cheddar is day in and day out the most consistent and award winning. Here is Cory, our salesman serving cheese to us at the fair. It is all about the cows…brown jersey cows who eat the best food on the vast property and are cared for with loving care. I took the picture on our way out. Yes we will be carrying their 2 Year Cheddar and maybe others. Their Cloth Cheese is fantastic as is their Smoked. Stay Tuned.
