Tuna Chunks with Truffle– Mediterranean Yellowfin Tuna marinated in Extra Virgin Olive Oil. The tuna is carefully fished in accordance with protection of the seas and using traditional Calabrian ingredients and preservation methods. Once jarred, the tuna is allowed to ripen for up to a year before distribution. During this time the intense flavor of tuna matures and unites with the delicate taste of the olive oil and seasonings.
​Packed in an elegant glass jar – one can view the expertly cut and hand packed tuna preserved in extra virgin olive oil and slices of Central Italian black truffles. Use to make elegant appetizers, crostini. Or, toss with a short pasta for an easy supper.

Long prized for its exceptional flavor and texture, this white meat Spanish Bonito del Tuna Norte is quite different than regular water-packed tuna you find on supermarket shelves. Pole-caught (and dolphin-free) from the Bay of Biscay in the Basque province of northern Spain, it is hand packed in a tin fresh from the ocean and preserved in Spanish olive oil with a touch of sea salt. Delicious! Enjoy on sandwiches, salads, and pasta – or stuffed in piquillo peppers with capers and parsley.
