Linguini- Because these linguine are hung by hand before drying, their lengths are irregular. Their course texture hold any sauce well.

 

Orecchette, Little Ears- This is a colorful version of the classic Pugliese shape. Beautiful around Easter time!

 

Pasta del Mare- Hard to resist serving up this sea themed artful pasta with calamari, clams, muscles, prawns, or any such combination in a simple red sauce, sprinkled with parsley. We think these adorable shapes make an excellent addition to the Marella line! 

 

Linguini Arcobaleno Rainbow Pasta- Colored with natural dehydrated vegetables, this delicate colorful pasta is great with butter and parmesan, pesto, or a cream sauce.

 

Zuchette- Another unique shape from the Marella Factory, these “small pumpkins” are hollow on the inside and hold sauce well.

 

Sagna Torte- Silky and delicious, each wide ribbon of pasta is stretched by hand, and then hung on racks to dry. Perfect with a creamy sauce, or perhaps a simple tomato sauce. The pasta is so good you don’t need much sauce.

 

Stars- Shooting Stars, Full of personality, this pasta is fun for both adults and children. A new creation by Marella and it has instantly become one of our favorites. Try it dressed with any sauce.

 

Foglie D Olive- Olive Leafs Hand-molded into a shape resembling an olive leaf, their beautiful green color comes from spinach. The green maintains a luminescent quality after cooking and has a delightful texture.
