1. Arbequina Extra Virgin Olive Oil- Andalusia, Spain
Light and fruity taste with well balanced spicy and bitter intensities.  It’s fruitiness is characterized by green fruits, tomatoes, and a hint of almond.  Ideal for fish, homemade mayonnaise, vinaigrette’s and drizzled on fresh cheeses.

2. Koroneiki Organic Early Harvest Extra Virgin Olive Oil- Greece
Is a mono-varietal pressed from Koroneiki olives hand picked early in the season while still green to produce early harvest oil. The olives are crushed within hours of picking to preserve the taste and aroma of the olives. The oil has the aroma of green figs, fresh herbs with hints of wild asparagus and flat leafy parsley and thyme.

3. Coratina Extra Virgin Olive Oil, Italy

This robust extra virgin olive oil is cold extracted from 100% Coratina olives harvested in Northern Puglia by Olio De Carlo, a well regarded producer.  It has intense green fruity aromas with a pleasantly bitter and peppery taste with a finish of almond and artichoke.  It is ideal for roasted meats, grilled vegetables, full flavored sauces and drizzled over bruschetta and pizza.

4. 25 Star Dark  Balsamic Vinegar of Modena, Italy
A high concentration of musts from grape varieties of Lambrusco and Trebbiano, slow cooked into a sweet and syrupy must and fermented with Italian aged red wine vinegar. Left in oak barrels for a minimum of 10 years.  The result is a naturally thick and sweet balsamic due to the high concentration of grape must.  No sugar added.
