Oro di Milas Extra Virgin Olive Oil is a magnificent monovarietal oil produced in Milas Turkey. Memecik olives are hand harvested from four orchards spanning 500 acres and cool pressed within hours on a family owned modern state of the art olive mill. These unique olive trees produce large, round frits with high quality oil content. complex and harmonious, the oil has an intense aroma of green olives and fresh cut grass. On the palate is green tomato leaf and green almond with a pleasant bitterness and spice Rich in polyphenols and wonderful on poultry, fish, salad and pasta.
The intricate symbols on the bottom of the label represent four themes found on ancient carpets, tree of life, mother nature, the eye, and the olive leaf.
