This Garlic Koroneiki Extra Virgin Olive Oil comes from the Pierrakos family grove located off the sandy beaches of the Southern Peloponnese, outside of Sparta, Greece which gives this olive oil its distinctive flavor. This is a fresh, lively monovarietal pressed from Koroneiki olives, with a natural garlic flavor added. It is low in acidity, less than 0.3% and has a fresh, straight from the garden garlic taste. It is best used to enhance chicken, carpaccio, pasta, and salads, or as a key ingredient in dressing, dips, and marinades. Any dish that you could use a garlic kick and the smooth richness of this balanced and harmonious oil. Love it to sweat vegetables for the base of any sauce.
