This Fig Balsamic Vinegar is a perfect balance of sweetness, nuttiness, and tangy richness. It’s thick and not too acidic. We create the purée from figs that are hand-picked. We then infuse the purée with our Traditional Balsamic Vinegar that has been barrel-aged to create this delicious blend.
