Our selection of traditional, white pastas bring the best methods, cuts and styles of pasta from various regions around Italy including regional specialties. All of these pastas are made with high quality grains and are either handmade or bronze die extruded, then air dried for 3-4 days, both processes which give them their rich flavor and rough texture that holds onto sauce. This is a truly exceptional line of Italian artisan pastas and all are certified organic. 1.1#each

Stars- Shooting Stars, full of personality, this pasta is fun for both adults and children. A new creation by Marella and it has instantly become one of our favorites. Try it dressed with any sauce.

Zucchette- Little Pumpkins, Another unique shape from the Marella Factory, these “small pumpkins” are hollow on the inside and hold sauce well.

Penne- These “half penne” cuts present beautifully on the plate and go well with any sauce. The taste & texture of this pasta makes it an in-house favorite.
