Medium intensity, harmonious, elegant with fruity aromas of green and ripe olives and a hint of cinnamon with solid structure, pungency and bitterness.

Franotio 

Single estate orchards with limited availability.

This delicate to medium intensity oil is fragrant with floral notes and hints of cinnamon and spicy flavors, nutty with nice pungency and a bit of bitterness that makes for a long finish. Not available for 2022 harvest.
